How long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 1-2 business days. We ship to the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska via UPS:

What is your returns policy?
Return items undamaged, unused, and in original packaging within 60 days of delivery ($10 restocking fee applies). Modified or painted items aren't returnable. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.

Flush or Offset — Your Choice
Every plate ships with a finish matched spacer, giving you the flexibility to install flush to the wall or offset by 3/16" — the standard depth of most US electrical boxes.
Most retrofit work will require the offset install type, but for a cleaner more minimal look you'll need a different electrical box. Get in touch and we can recommend one for you.
Screw Caps or Cover Caps — Both Included
Whether you prefer the honest detail of exposed screw heads or the seamless look of hidden fixings, both options are included as standard. Each is finish-matched to your plate, so you can decide on install day.
Custom Build Your Own Switch
Can't see the finish or function combination you're after? Our switch builder lets you mix and match to create a plate that's entirely your own — Polished Unlacquered Brass with black inserts, Aged Brass with ivory toggles, or something in between.

Antique Brass
A hand-finished, roughly-brushed finish that reveals warm, golden tones at the contours and edges. Each piece is subtly unique.
Polished Nickel
A high-shine silver finish with more warmth than chrome. A hard wearing finish that will darken slightly with time.
Heritage Brass
A hand-finished, roughly-brushed brass, with more warmth and depth than Satin Brass. It delivers an imperfect, lived-in look from day one.
