Refund policy

 

Any unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 60 days of delivery. You can create a label free of charge through our returns portal. We charge a $10 restocking fee per order on all returns that will be automatically deducted from your refund. Please ensure your returns are well packaged so that they reach us in their original condition, and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once your return has been received. Items that are returned to us damaged will not be refunded. If you do receive any damaged items, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make things right.

Any items returned after 60 days that arrive to us in sellable condition will be refunded to you in the form of a Plank Hardware gift card. If items are not in sellable condition, we won't be able to refund you, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to send the items back to you.

If you return merchandise to us that is not from Plank Hardware, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to return it to you and we will not be able to reimburse you for the value lost.
