Refund policy

 

Any unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 60 days of delivery. You can create a label through our returns portal. We charge a $10 restocking fee per order on all returns that will be automatically deducted from your refund. Please ensure your returns are well packaged so that they reach us in their original condition, and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once your return has been received. Items that are returned to us damaged will not be refunded. If you do receive any damaged items, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make things right.

If you return merchandise to us that is not from Plank Hardware, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to return it to you and we will not be able to reimburse you for the value lost.
