Who is eligible for a trade account?
We offer trade accounts to registered businesses in the interior design and construction industries.
In the application form, please provide details about the services you offer, the type of projects you work on, plus any relevant credentials or website links that will help us verify your suitability.

How long is the application process?
Our trade team will review your application within 48 hours. If approved, you’ll be able to log in and shop trade prices instantly.

How does a trade account work?
Once approved, you can log into your trade account using your email address and a one-time code that will be sent to your inbox. Once logged in, you can shop discounted prices across our entire catalogue.
Your trade discount will initially be set at 20% off RRP. We will review your account every six months and, if your annual spend is below $1,500, we may adjust the discount level accordingly. We will contact you in advance of making any changes.

Approved Trade Partners can access samples in a few ways — from finish swatches, through to showroom display boards.
Some of our options are complimentary, whereas we charge a fee for larger presentations.
